No. Audio, transcription, and the AI cleanup all run locally on your machine — there are no servers or accounts involved in how VybeScript processes your voice. (This website does use Google Analytics to measure traffic; see our Privacy Policy.)
A local speech engine handles transcription — NVIDIA Parakeet by default, running on your Mac’s Neural Engine, or Whisper if you prefer. Apple’s on-device Foundation Models handle the writing-style cleanup. All of it runs on Apple Silicon.
