These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VybeScript website (the “Site”) and your purchase of a VybeScript license, operated by Box Creative Studio, a product of Box Creative International, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.
The terms governing what you may do with the VybeScript software once purchased are in the End User License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Who we are
VybeScript is a product of Box Creative Studio (boxcreativestudio.com). Support: hello@boxcreativestudio.com.
2. The Site
- You may use the Site to learn about, evaluate, and purchase VybeScript.
- You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer its infrastructure, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content.
- We may update or take down the Site at any time.
3. Purchases
- VybeScript is sold as a Lifetime license (one-time payment) or a Yearly Pass (annual subscription). Pricing is shown at checkout.
- All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., acting as Merchant of Record. Your transaction is subject to Lemon Squeezy’s own terms in addition to ours. We do not process or store your payment card details.
- Yearly Pass subscriptions auto-renew annually at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel any time from the License window in the app, or by contacting us. See our Refund Policy for what happens if you’re charged for a renewal you didn’t want.
- Prices may change for future billing periods; we’ll give reasonable notice before a price change affects an active subscription.
- Taxes (VAT/sales tax, where applicable) are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
4. License keys and activation
- After purchase, Lemon Squeezy emails you a license key. Activating it unlocks the app on a limited number of Macs (shown in the app’s License window).
- You’re responsible for keeping your license key confidential. Sharing it beyond the permitted activation limit, or reselling it, violates these Terms and the EULA and may result in the key being deactivated.
- You can move your license to a new Mac at any time using “Deactivate this Mac” in the app, freeing the slot for reactivation elsewhere.

6. Intellectual property
VybeScript — including its name, design, the app icon, the “blob” visual identity, and all software — is the property of Box Creative Studio and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that IP to you; purchasing a license grants only the rights described in the EULA.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and VybeScript are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the Site or app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every use case.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Box Creative Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Site or VybeScript. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited (e.g. gross negligence or willful misconduct, where applicable).
9. Termination
We may suspend or deactivate a license key that we reasonably believe was used in breach of these Terms or the EULA (e.g. sharing beyond activation limits, fraud, chargebacks). You may stop using the Site or app at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the Site or app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
