We want you to be happy with VybeScript. If you’re not, here’s exactly what to expect.
Lifetime license
If VybeScript isn’t for you, email hello@boxcreativestudio.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are final.
Yearly Pass
- First payment: the same 14-day, no-questions-asked window applies to your first charge.
- Renewals: because the Yearly Pass auto-renews annually, we’ll email you before each renewal. If you’re charged for a renewal you didn’t mean to keep, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we’ll refund it — cancel any time from the License window in the app or by emailing us, and you won’t be charged again.
How refunds work
- Email hello@boxcreativestudio.com with the email address you purchased under (or your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt).
- Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, back to your original payment method. They typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- A refund deactivates the associated license key.
Not covered
- Purchases older than the windows above.
- Suspected abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or a key we have reason to believe is being resold or shared beyond the activation limit on the license).

If something’s wrong with the app rather than a fit issue — a bug, a crash, a feature not working as described — email us first at hello@boxcreativestudio.com. We’d rather fix it than refund it, but we’ll always offer the refund if you’d prefer it within the windows above.
