We want you to be happy with VybeScript. If you’re not, here’s exactly what to expect.
The 30-day “Faster Than Typing” Guarantee
Use VybeScript for 30 days. If it isn’t faster than your keyboard — or it just isn’t for you — email hello@boxcreativestudio.com within 30 days of purchase. One word is enough: “refund.” You get a full refund, no questions asked.
Apple Intelligence compatibility
The Clean, Polish, and Formal writing styles use Apple Intelligence, which requires macOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence turned on, in a language and region where Apple offers it. VybeScript shows whether your Mac is ready before you buy and again after you activate. If you bought VybeScript and your Mac can’t run Apple Intelligence, email hello@boxcreativestudio.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked.
Lifetime license and Team Pack
Both are covered by the same 30-day guarantee, counted from the date of purchase. After 30 days, Lifetime and Team Pack purchases are final, except under the Lifetime Privacy Guarantee below.
Yearly Pass
- First payment: the same 30-day, no-questions-asked window applies to your first charge.
- Renewals: because the Yearly Pass auto-renews annually, we’ll email you before each renewal. If you’re charged for a renewal you didn’t mean to keep, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we’ll refund it — cancel any time from the License window in the app or by emailing us, and you won’t be charged again.
Lifetime Privacy Guarantee
VybeScript is built so your audio and your transcripts never leave your Mac. If you ever catch VybeScript sending your audio or your transcripts off your Mac, email us what you saw (a network log or screenshot is ideal) and we’ll refund your purchase in full. This applies to every plan, at any time, no matter how long you’ve owned it. For a Yearly Pass, “in full” means everything you’ve paid in the 12 months before you contact us.
To be precise about what the app does use the network for, none of which carries your audio or transcripts: activating and re-verifying your license (Lemon Squeezy), checking for updates (Sparkle), and downloading the speech model once on first launch. Text you choose to paste into another app is handled by that app from then on.
How refunds work
- Email hello@boxcreativestudio.com with the email address you purchased under (or your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt).
- Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, back to your original payment method. They typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- A refund deactivates the associated license key.
Not covered
- Purchases older than the windows above (except claims under the Lifetime Privacy Guarantee, which has no time limit).
- Suspected abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or a key we have reason to believe is being resold or shared beyond the activation limit on the license).
Questions
If something’s wrong with the app rather than a fit issue — a bug, a crash, a feature not working as described — email us first at hello@boxcreativestudio.com. We’d rather fix it than refund it, but we’ll always offer the refund if you’d prefer it within the windows above. If VybeScript keeps getting a word wrong, email us the word: within 48 hours you’ll get a fix (a correction to import, a vocabulary pack update, or an app fix).
