Who charged me? Where is my receipt?
Short answer
Lemon Squeezy is our payment processor and sells VybeScript for us. Your charge, your receipt and your license key all come from them. We never see or store your card details.
Details
- What they handle. Lemon Squeezy collects your email and payment details at checkout and emails you a receipt and your license key.
- What we get. We receive your email and purchase record (plan, date, license key) so we can help you and check your license. Not your card.
- The free trial. Its checkout collects only your email, with no payment details.
- Finding a receipt. Search your inbox for Lemon Squeezy. For a Yearly Pass, your receipt email also has a manage-subscription link.
- Billing portal. For a Yearly Pass, sign in at the Lemon Squeezy billing portal with the email you bought with. The Manage subscription button in the License window opens it.
- Invoices. Your key is in the receipt email and on My Orders (app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders), where you sign in with a magic link sent to the email you bought with. You can make your own PDF invoice there, with your billing details.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. See Refund policy.
