Can I get a refund?
Short answer
Yes. Email hello@boxcreativestudio.com within 30 days of purchase and say "refund". Full refund within 30 days, no questions asked, for Yearly, Lifetime and Team Pack.
Details
- What to include. The email you bought with, or the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
- How it is paid back. Refunds go through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. They typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Your key. After a refund, the license key is disabled.
- After 30 days. Lifetime and Team Pack purchases are final, except under the privacy guarantee below.
- Apple Intelligence. If you bought a plan and your Mac cannot run Apple Intelligence, so the Polish and Formal styles are unavailable, you can ask for a refund within the same 30 days.
- Yearly renewals. If you are charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, contact us within 30 days of that charge. To stop future charges, see Yearly renewal and cancelling.
- Privacy guarantee. If you ever catch VybeScript sending your audio or transcripts off your Mac, email us what you saw (a network log or screenshot is ideal) for a full refund at any time, no matter how long you have owned it. It applies to every plan and to the free trial. For a Yearly Pass, "in full" means everything you paid in the 12 months before you contact us.
- The free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
- Not covered. Purchases past the windows above (except privacy guarantee claims), and suspected abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or a key being resold or shared beyond its activation limit.
- Something broken? Email us first. We would rather fix it, and you can still choose the refund within the windows above.
