I lost my license key
Quick fix
Search your inbox for "VybeScript" or "Lemon Squeezy". Your key is sent by email right after checkout; check spam if it hasn't arrived in a few minutes. Check spam and promotions folders too. A license key looks like 2f6c91e0-7a4b-4d3e-b8a1-5c0d9e3f7a12 (an example, not a real key): 36 letters and numbers in five groups joined by dashes.
Step by step
- Search the email you used at checkout for Lemon Squeezy or VybeScript. Lemon Squeezy emails your license key to you after purchase.
- Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and any other filtered folders.
- Check any other email address you might have used.
- Still nothing? Email hello@boxcreativestudio.com from the address you bought with. Say which plan you bought and, if you remember it, the approximate date. We will resend your key. Lemon Squeezy sends us your purchase record so we can support you.
If VybeScript is already active on this Mac, it keeps working without you entering the key again. You will need the key again if you click Deactivate this Mac or move to another Mac.
